Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Personalized or custom-made products
* Gift cards
* Digital products or downloadable content
* Intimate or hygiene-related products
* Perishable goods
* Clearance or Final Sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

After review, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error:

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
* We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If your package is lost during transit, contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

As a dropshipping business, delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes. Transit delays alone are not eligible for a refund while the shipment is still in progress.
